Job Description :-
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Exposure of working in Mechanical Maintenance and Utility
- Hands on experience of working at High Pressure (300 Bar) & Low pressure Compressor
- Knowledge of Utility (HT & LT Panel, ACB, VCB, Transformer, Servo Stabilizer, UPS and Capacitor Panel)
- Attend DG Set Operation and Maintain all checks (A,B,C,D) of DG Maintenance
- Knowledge of Safety system & operation (Sprinkler, Fire Hydrant & Fire Pump – Main and Jockey pump)
- Understand Electrical & Pneumatic circuit diagram
- Knowledge of Automation & Machine interlocks
- Knowledge of Maintenance Audit documents (Breakdown Slip, Maintenance log book, 5 Why Analysis Record, History Card, Spare Part Issue Slip, Critical Spare Parts)
- Knowledge of Electrical equipment’s (ELCB, MCCB, MPCB, ELCB, RCCB, ALL SENSORS, RELAYS, CONTACTOR)
- Knowledge of basis computer systems (MS OFFICE, EXCEL & WORD)
