IBPS PO Recruitment 2021 Notification: The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has published a notification for recruitment of 4000+ Probationary Officer/ Management Trainee (PO/MT) for vacancies of 2022-23 through Common Recruitment Process (CRP PO/MT-XI) in the employment newspaper dated 23 to 29 October 2021.
Graduates, between 20 to 30 years of age, can apply for IBPS PO Recruitment 2021 on official website ibps.in on or before 10 November 2021.
IBPS PO Exam 2021 will be two tier i.e. IBPS PO Prelims Exam and IBPS PO Mains Exam. Thus, candidates who will qualify in Online Preliminary examination and shortlisted will have to appear for Online Main examination and shortlisted candidates in the Online Main examination will subsequently be called for a Common Interview to be conducted by the Participating Banks and co-ordinated by the Nodal Bank

IBPS PO 2021 Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- Graduation in any discipline from a University recognised by the Govt. of India or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government.
- The candidate must possess valid Mark-sheet / Degree Certificate that he/she is a graduate on the day he/she registers and indicate the percentage of marks obtained in Graduation while registering online.
IBPS PO Age Limit: 20 to 30 Years
IBPS PO Fee: SC/ST/PWBD candidates – Rs. 175/- and Rs. 850 /- for all others

IBPS PO Interview 2021:
Candidates who have been shortlisted in the Online Main examination will be called for an Interview of 100 marks, to be conducted by the Participating Organizations and coordinated by the Nodal Bank in each State/ UT with the help of IBPS. The minimum qualifying marks in interview will not be less than 40% (35% for SC/ST/OBC/PWBD candidates).
The combined final score of candidates shall be arrived at on the basis of scores obtained by the candidates in the Online Main Examination and Interview.
